We recently purchased an older Cobalt. Lamar has been awesome every step of the way from expediting the inspection of the boat to the boat repairs. Melanie has been great at answering our questions and helping us on parts. I highly recommend this location for purchasing a boat or boat repairs.

I just wanted to recognize the great customer service provided by Cole last week with the repair to my boat. We had the grandkids in for two weeks to enjoy the lake and boating when my power steering went out on my boat. Cole had the diagnostics run while we were at your dock, ordered the part that day and had it fixed by noon the following day, saving the kid's vacation! Amazing customer service!! Our sales rep Carrie went above and beyond to help us buy our 1st boat!! Boats are so hard to find and when a Cobalt was posted on their Facebook page, we jumped at the chance to learn more. Carrie responded to my Facebook inquiry so quickly, and it was her day off! She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. She treated me with so much respect, even though I knew nothing about purchasing a boat. When we were able to look at the boat, she did everything to accommodate our schedules. When we were ready to purchase the boat, my husband wanted to make sure that we could get it on my birthday. I just purchased my 3rd boat from Melanie Clement at Lakeshore. She did a fantastic job of taking care of us. I started the process over 6 months ago before finally making the decision to purchase a R3 surf. Absolutely no pressure from Melanie during this time just attentive service answering all of our questions. She even got us back up and running in one day after an issue with the boat!!! This boat is amazing the kids learned to surf in just one day. I had a couple of people comment this first weekend about how nice the boat looks on the water. Lots of electronics with the garman system to play with. Bottom line I was a little nervous about getting a new boat but they make the process straight forward and everything was exactly how I expected.
